Safavieh Suzie 58.25 Inch H Sphere Floor Lamp - Black 
Absolutely love the lamp, looks great, great quality. But the first shade was damaged. I sent in photos, they sent me a replacement and it was damaged too. Might have even sent me a 3rd damaged shade...can't remember now. Anyway, shameful and customer service would not help, probably thought I was just trying to get something for free, but I wasn't. I just wanted 1 good clean undamaged shade.
