The fabric on the chairs arrived damaged with what looked like water damage. After sending photos to the store I received a full refund. I was also told to keep the chairs, so I assembled them (attached legs, easily done) with the intention of donating them to Habitat for Humanity. Of course I sat in one of them to see how comfortable they are since I thought I might reorder them. The chair slid out from under me and I took a fall! The chair was on a bare wood floor and I might not have been squarely situated on the seat, but nonetheless, the chair seemed quite unsafe. Safavieh handled the original problem very nicely but the chair doesn’t seem to be designed well.
